Educational Opportunities

Happy Tales Humane is pleased to offer a FREE Humane Education Program based on the following lesson plans. These programs may meet some requirements for the Animals Try-Its (Brownies) and the Plants and Animals Badge (Junior Girl Scouts). Please complete the Information Request for Humane Education Program form for an appointment or more information.

Elementary School-aged Children:

• Read Story to Class (The Story of Ol’ Baby Bumpy)
• Encourage Discussion
• Increase Empathy/Compassion for Animals
• Increase Awareness of Animal Mistreatment
• Discuss Basic Needs for Responsible Pet Guardianship
• Discuss Pet Overpopulation

Middle School-aged Children:
